FullSchedule.ai vs.
PatientPop (now Tebra Practice Growth)

PatientPop — now Tebra Practice Growth — is the default choice for practices looking for managed software. FullSchedule.ai is the choice for practices that want something more: a hands-on expert team that builds, operates, and evolves your entire digital front office under one roof, with the founder directly accountable for results.

The structural difference

Service model
FullSchedule is a managed service. PatientPop (Tebra) is software the office configures.
Tebra hands your office software and expects your team to run it. FullSchedule assigns a dedicated expert team that operates every layer — website, booking, AI, SEO — so your front desk focuses on patients, not vendor dashboards.
Pricing model
FullSchedule: flat plans, $499–$2,199/mo. Tebra: custom enterprise pricing.
FullSchedule's pricing is published, fixed, and identical for every practice — no negotiations, no surprises, no sales call required to learn what you'll pay. Tebra's pricing is custom per practice, typically $500–$1,500/mo, and requires a sales conversation before you know the number.
Scope
FullSchedule includes a branded membership plan and AI patient assistant. Tebra does not.
Tebra's scope stops at website, booking, and patient comms. FullSchedule goes further: a production AI patient assistant trained specifically on your practice, and a branded membership plan fully operated by the FullSchedule team — no bolt-ons, no additional vendor relationships to manage.

  • Expect published, flat pricing with no sales call required to learn what you'll pay

  • Want month-to-month flexibility and a 30-day guarantee if it isn't right

  • Have an office manager with capacity to configure and maintain software
  • Also need Tebra Practice Management or Kareo billing
  • Are already on Kareo and want to consolidate vendors
  • Serve multiple specialties (medical + dental)
  • Prefer annual contracts and an assigned account-manager relationship
  • Don't want a branded membership plan (or already have one)

How to switch from PatientPop (Tebra) to FullSchedule

Most practices are fully migrated within 14 days of starting onboarding. Here's the exact sequence we run with practices switching from Tebra.

01

Send Tebra a 30-day cancellation notice

On the day you sign with FullSchedule.ai, send Tebra written cancellation notice. Most Tebra contracts are annual or month-to-month after the initial term; check yours before notice.

02

FullSchedule builds in parallel during your last 30 days

During the cancellation window, FullSchedule builds your new website, configures the HIPAA-compliant booking system, mirrors your existing booking rules and appointment types, and trains the AI patient assistant on your services, pricing, hours, and team.

03

Domain re-points at go-live; no patient-facing downtime

On go-live day, FullSchedule re-points your domain DNS to the new site. Patients see the new site immediately; the old Tebra site comes down at the end of your Tebra billing period. Google Business Profile is updated to the new booking link.

04

If applicable: transfer your membership plan

If you're running a membership plan through Kleer, BoomCloud, or Plan Forward, FullSchedule migrates your existing members during onboarding — names, plans, billing dates — so members see no interruption.

Common questions about switching from PatientPop

Is FullSchedule.ai cheaper than PatientPop (Tebra)?
FullSchedule's pricing is flat and published ($499–$4,499/mo across four plans). Tebra's pricing is custom and typically ranges $500–$1,500/mo per practice with annual contracts. For an all-in-one managed service including website, booking, AI patient assistant, AI search visibility, and a branded membership plan, FullSchedule's Complete plan ($2,199/mo) bundles what would require multiple Tebra add-ons or separate vendors (e.g., Kleer for membership) to assemble.
Does FullSchedule.ai replace Tebra Practice Management or insurance billing?
No. FullSchedule manages your digital front office — website, booking, AI patient assistant, branded membership plan, local SEO, AI search visibility. It does not handle insurance billing, claim submissions, CDT coding, EOB management, or in-office payment processing. FullSchedule works alongside any practice management system: Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve Dental, Carestream, or Tebra Practice Management.
Can I keep my domain if I switch from PatientPop?
Yes — your domain is always yours. During the cutover, FullSchedule re-points the DNS to your new site. The old PatientPop/Tebra site comes down at the end of your billing period. Patients see no downtime.
How long does it take to switch from PatientPop to FullSchedule?
Most practices are fully migrated within 14 days. The 30-day Tebra cancellation window typically overlaps with FullSchedule's 5–7 day build phase plus a few days for review and go-live. Patients see no interruption.
Is PatientPop the same as Tebra now?
PatientPop merged with Kareo in 2022 to form Tebra. The PatientPop product line is now branded as Tebra Practice Growth. Most dentists still refer to it as PatientPop. The core feature set (website builder, online scheduling, patient comms, reputation management) is largely the same; the brand and corporate parent have changed.
Does FullSchedule include a branded membership plan like PatientPop?
FullSchedule includes a branded dental membership plan as part of the managed service. PatientPop / Tebra does not include a branded membership plan; practices using Tebra typically pair it with a standalone vendor like Kleer or BoomCloud. FullSchedule's membership add-on is $5 per active member per month with a $75 monthly minimum on Growth and Complete, and the practice keeps 100% of membership revenue.
